A detailed due diligence was carried out of Gramik during August 2025, which included various actions covering review of documents shared in data room which covered operational, financial and legal documents; a visit to Lucknow office and meeting most of the staff members, understanding their background and capabilities; further supported by legal due diligence virtually, carried out by a Delhi based law firm called Sidebar.
This document attempts to cover all the findings in a narrative question & answer format for easy read of the investors of Gramik during the current ongoing bridge round of Rs. 6 Cr. scheduled to close in September 2025.
